Return Policy

At Emma Boston, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.

Conditions for Returns

  • You may only request a return after physically receiving the item.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international postage.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on is allowed, but wearing the item is not permitted.

  • Returning products that were deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order is not allowed.

Return Process

  1. Register your return via support@emmaboston.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (based in China).

  3. Send the item back at your own expense, including any customs or shipping fees.

  4. We always recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and approved for its condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address was entered, this is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
